United Nations Notified

Decision-Makers Notified So Far

Back in May, I contacted every US Senator to warn them that Guccifer 2.0 appeared to be something other than what the intelligence community and mainstream press had reported it to be. Only 1 of 100 Senators actually responded showing any proper acknowledgement of what they had been sent.

Since then, members of VIPS (Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity) have referenced research from several independent analysts/researchers (including the things I had tried to notify the Senate about) and redoubled efforts to bring attention to the flawed intel and questionable assessments about leaks coming from the DNC being hacked and suggesting that Guccifer 2.0 was linked to Russian intelligence agencies (GRU/FSB).

Within the last couple of weeks, Skip Folden, one of the co-authors of a recent VIPS report on this subject, has sent an extended report titled "Non Existent Foundations for Russia Hacking Charge" to the Office of the Special Counsel (Robert Mueller), Office of the Attorney General (to Rod J. Rosenstein, Deputy Attorney General) to the House & Senate Intelligence & Judiciary committees.

Following this, a few days ago, I decided to reach out to over 150 embassies in London in an attempt to bring the report to the attention of ambassadors and other representatives of nations. (This still leaves foreign embassies in the US and other nations that haven't been notified though.)

And Now: UN, Intergovernmental Organizations

Now, Folden has taken the direct action another step further, sending notification to all 93 permanent members of the United Nations, Intergovernmental organizations, and additional special agencies at the UN.

A copy of the cover letter follows:

Dear Delegates:

Below is the link to report: Non-Existent Foundation for Russian Hacking Charge

Due to the potential threat to further World Peace and Security from accidental escalation of U.S. - Russia relations to a state of war, the above report has been written and distributed. The subject is one of the excuses for increased U.S. anti-Russian actions and threats. It is the allegation that Russia interfered in the 2016 U.S. election. This report documents the apparent lack of foundation for this escalation excuse. U.S. Special Council Mueller, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, House and Senate Intelligence Committees, and House and Senate Judiciary Committees have all received the report.

Understanding the many different perspectives among UN delegations, yet knowing that none would benefit from further wars, this report is offered delegations, if desired, a basis to refute at least one purposefully misleading basis for escalation.
